Sihya is the academic counselor for Business and Accountancy students on both Tupelo and Booneville campuses. She advises students on their degree plan, academic schedule, and assisting students in achieving their academic goals.
She holds a Bachelor of Science in History with an emphasis in Political Science and Southern History from the University of North Alabama and a Master’s of Arts in Teaching Secondary Social Studies from Mississippi State University. She is a Returned Peace Corps Volunteer having served two years in Rwanda as a Health Management and Organization Volunteer.
