Meet JaQaveious “Jay” Collins, a senior Finance major with a minor in Entrepreneurship from Okolona, Mississippi.
Jay was a transfer student and has grown in many different ways since in enrolling in the business school at Ole Miss. One of the biggest impacts the school has given him is the gift of time management.
“One of my dreams and goals later in life is to return or visit back to my hometown to teach young African Americans the value of saving and becoming more aware about financial literacy.”
Through the business school, he serves as a Chief Emissary Officer (CEO), and now helps recruit high school and other transfer students.
