The Sporich Family Career Services office provides signature programs and events to help Ole Miss business students explore career paths, gain real-world skills, and connect with industry leaders.

Our employer and alumni engagement program fosters strong recruiting relationships, networking events, and pipelines that connect career-ready students with top companies.

An executive-led program offering a series of modules focused on communication, professionalism, and leadership—helping students stand out in today’s competitive job market.

From large-scale recruiting events to targeted networking opportunities, our office connects students with employers throughout the year.

Employer site visits in cities across the region give students the chance to tour organizations, engage with professionals, and learn firsthand about workplace culture and career opportunities.

Collaborations with companies, alumni, and community partners expand opportunities for students while strengthening industry ties. Signature initiatives include the Regions Case Competition, where students apply classroom knowledge to real-world challenges and present solutions to business leaders.

The Ole Miss Business School’s annual Welcome Week Fair, Open for Business, takes place during the first week of the fall semester in the Holman Courtyard. This signature event gives business students the chance to explore student organizations, meet peers and faculty, and discover key campus resources designed to support their success.
