Frances Hays is a program manager with the Mississippi Small Business Development Center. She provides support for special projects, as well as assisting in the daily operations of the Center. Frances joined the Mississippi Small Business Development Center in July 2020, after many years in the financial industry as a sales assistant, branch administrator, and office manager. Her most recent position prior to joining the SBDC was as a project administrator for a nationwide construction firm, working on projects including a major data center and research hospital facility.
Frances grew up in Greenwood, Mississippi. She graduated from Rhodes College in 1990 with a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology.
