“Real estate is about a lot more than just buying and selling houses,” said Jaylin Jones, a junior real estate major from Lucedale, Mississippi. He also serves as the vice president for both the Student Real Estate Society and the Society for Student Human Resource Management (SHRM)
Hi favorite part about the School of Business is having the opportunity to meet with business professionals and leaders
“The business school has greatly impacted my college experience by helping to prepare me for after college,” he said. “The connections and opportunities I have been provided while in the School of Business will surely be instrumental in my post-graduate career.”
After graduation, he plans to move to Texas and get his Texas Real Estate license, and become a licensed Real Estate agent. After that, he plans to start his own brokerage firm.
“The School of Business has provided me so much in such a short amount of time,” he concluded.
