Student Profile: Ashlyn Mullaly
OXFORD, Miss. – Ashlyn Mullaly is a senior majoring in Professional Sales, a new degree plan at The University of Mississippi. While attending Ole Miss, she has been presented with many opportunities to excel as a student and an individual. These opportunities were presented through dedicated professors, programs like BASE and serving as a Business School Ambassador.
Ashlyn was nominated by Tyler Meisenheimer for the BASE Sales Competition. This allowed her to role play and showcase her sales knowledge and experience which led to many future connections and opportunities. She was a top 5 finalist and received an honorable mention in the competition. Participation in the BASE sales competition along with guidance from Tyler and exceptional professors, she secured an internship with Enterprise Mobility. The internship experience and obtaining the internship through Ole Miss Business taught Ashlyn resilience, grit and the importance of relationships. Ashlyn said “My time at Enterprise allowed me to develop my sales skills but most importantly my leadership skills by working alongside leaders in a time of change.”
Recting on her collegiate experience at The University of Mississippi, she is forever grateful for the experiences, programs and relationships built. Using the resources provided by The School of Business and being an ambassador for the business school, Ashlyn felt confident to enter a career in the sales industry. She will soon be pursuing a career in sales and is excited to see where the next stop on her journey will be.
