More than 20 faculty and staff have volunteered to serve on the committee. Several of these members also serve on the University’s AI Committee, helping bridge the gap and represent the school’s needs at the university level.

Mr. Sam Hammoud, Director of Operations and IT Services, is leading the committee for the School of Business.

“AI is moving faster than ever, transforming every discipline we teach and every function we support. Our committee’s mission is to shape how our school teaches, researches, and operates in this AI-powered world—so our students graduate with the skills and mindset employers are looking for in tomorrow’s workforce,” he emphasized.

The committee’s main goal is to inspire, educate, and recognize.

  • Inspire members to reach their potential.
  • Educate by providing guidance, training, and resources.
  • Recognize those who have made significant achievements and contributions.

Overall, the committee aims to provide guidance and support for AI integration, enabling innovation and ensuring responsible use.
