Adjunct Instructor

Rhonda is an Adjunct Instructor, teaching MBA 617 – Accounting for Business Decision Support.

Before joining the School of Business, she was a self-employed CPA for over 15 years, partnering primarily with entrepreneurs from business start-ups, through financial operations and taxes, to exit and succession planning. She also worked with individuals on tax and financial planning.

She spent several years in banking as Vice President – Small Business Portfolio Risk Manager. Here, she focused on analysis and credit risk for Small Business lending, establishing credit policy and guidelines, and interacting with executive management on Small Business Lending performance matters. Throughout her banking career span, she consulted for Pricing & Profitability Modeling for most areas of the bank. She was instrumental in the analysis and valuation of loan portfolios for sales and securitizations.

She received her bachelor’s degree from Louisiana Tech while serving in the USAF as an Aeromedical Technician. She then received her Master’s of Accountancy from Ole Miss.
