Steve Grantham heads JR Group, a Mississippi restaurant company that primarily owns Outback Steakhouses with $33M in sales in 2020 (during COVID) with a 14% return on sales to net income. The company currently employs over 500 people in Mississippi and West Tennessee.

The business is currently in an expansion role to acquire 9 additional Outback Steakhouse restaurants in the southeast. This will bring them to 17 total stores with annual sales in excess of $55M.

Steve is an Ole Miss alumni and a passionate Rebel. Before moving into restaurants, he had a successful career in telecommunications sales.

He will share his experiences and stories – open to ALL UM Students.
