Sporich Family Career Services Office Year-End Review

As the 2025–2026 academic year ends, the Sporich Family Career Services team is proud to reflect on another year of growth, innovation, and student success. Through the continued expansion of programs such as Business Connect, Career Treks, the Mentorship Program, and the Business Success Program, we have strengthened the connection between students and employers while enhancing career readiness across the School of Business Administration.

Highlights from the year include:

  • Career Outcomes: Achieved a 94% knowledge rate and an 87% positive career outcome rate for the Class of 2025. These results reflect the strong preparation, engagement, and career success of our graduates.
  • Employer Partnerships: Engaged more than 100 employer partners through the Business Connect program, creating valuable opportunities for recruiting, networking, mentorship, internships, and experiential learning.
  • Experiential Education: Preliminary data indicates that approximately 70% of students participated in experiential learning opportunities, including internships, study abroad programs, student organizations, and Career Treks.
  • Student Impact: Conducted 1,090 career coaching appointments and career preparation sessions during the academic year, with 100% of surveyed students reporting satisfaction with the services received. Additionally, more than 1,300 students engaged with Career Services through classroom presentations, workshops, career fairs, networking events, and Career Treks.
  • Career Trek Expansion: Continued to grow our Career Trek program, providing students with direct exposure to employers and alumni in key markets, including Houston, Texas.
  • Program Growth: Expanded signature initiatives such as the Business Success Program and Mentorship Program, helping students strengthen professional skills, build meaningful connections, and enhance career readiness.
  • Internship Support Fund: Provided financial assistance to students pursuing internship experiences across the country, including opportunities with organizations such as the PGA Tour, Country Music Hall of Fame, Amazon, FedEx, and Boeing.

These accomplishments would not be possible without the continued support of our employer partners, alumni, faculty, and friends of the School of Business. Thank you for investing in our students and helping prepare the next generation of business leaders.
