OXFORD, Miss. – The Sporich Family Career Services office completed the NACE AI Bootcamp to expand AI-powered career advising and student career readiness. This training strengthens resume, LinkedIn, interview, and job search support for Ole Miss business students.
The Sporich Family Career Services office in the University of Mississippi School of Business recently completed the National Association of Colleges and Employers (NACE) AI Bootcamp, a four-week professional development experience focused on artificial intelligence (AI) in career services and the future of career readiness.
As AI continues to reshape recruiting, hiring, and workplace expectations, the Ole Miss School of Business is committed to preparing students with modern, technology-driven career development support. This training enhances how our team serves students through AI-powered career advising, including resume development, LinkedIn optimization, interview preparation, and job search strategy.
The NACE AI Bootcamp brought together career services professionals from across the country to build AI knowledge, practice applying emerging tools, and explore how AI can strengthen career outcomes data and student support services. The program was led by Jeremy Schifeling, former LinkedIn leader and nationally recognized career coach and author, and included step-by-step training on AI applications, practical use cases, and creating customized tools such as career coaching bots.
The Sporich Family Career Services office will continue integrating new strategies and best practices to help Ole Miss business students graduate career-ready and competitive in an AI-enabled workforce.
