In addition to his travels, Dr. Johnson made significant progress on the development of the  Ole Miss Real Estate Initiative—a faculty- and student-centered effort aimed at advancing the university’s real estate program.

“The initiative is designed to provide high-quality information and educate students about real estate,” Dr. Johnson shared. “It’s been exciting to see it take shape.”

It was co-founded by Dr. Johnson and Dr. Hilterbrand to strengthen real estate education and engagement at Ole Miss.

The Ole Miss Real Estate Initiative was built by Dr. Johnson and Dr. Hilterbrand to provide quality information, while educating students on Real Estate. Students that complete the Real Estate curriculum at Ole Miss are eligible to sit for the Mississippi Brokers’ Exam.
