OXFORD, Miss. – The Ole Miss Business School is excited to introduce a new mentoring initiative designed to connect students with experienced professionals in their fields of interest. This program provides valuable guidance, networking opportunities, and career insights to help students navigate their professional journeys.

To make the mentoring process seamless, we are utilizing MentorEase, a platform that simplifies matching, communication, and scheduling for both mentors and mentees.

Why Become a Mentor?

How to Get Started

Signing up is simple! Here’s how the process works:

  1. Sign Up – Complete the mentor registration form.
  2. Match – We’ll pair you with a student based on your expertise and shared interests.
  3. Engage – Connect with your mentee through phone calls, virtual meetings, or in-person conversations. Don’t worry—we’ll guide you through the next steps once you’re matched!
