Meet Our Team

OuCareer Services Team is composed of experienced professionals who specialize in various aspects of talent development and employer engagement.

Wesley Dickens, our Career Services Director, oversees the team and leads strategic initiatives. With a background in career development and experiential learning, Wesley ensures that our initiatives align with industry needs, fostering long-term partnerships that benefit both students and organizations.

Our Business Connect Director is Tyler Meisenheimer, who works directly with businesses to develop tailored recruiting strategies, including on-campus visits, career events, and targeted networking opportunities. Tyler collaborates closely with your organization to ensure that you are connected with students who meet your hiring needs.

Bailey Bracken is our Associate Director of Experiential Education and manages internship opportunities that provide students with hands-on experiences in various industries. By working with your team, Bailey helps ensure that students are prepared to contribute meaningfully to your organization from day one.

Our Career Events Coordinator, Colleen Clark, manages all employer-related events, including career workshops, networking receptions, and panel discussions. She ensures each event is expertly organized, from planning to execution, and collaborates with our marketing team to promote your company's involvement, maximizing student engagement and turnout.
